What this site collects, and what it does not.

Kinetic Depth builds cinematic websites and AI voice agents. You can reach us at hello@kineticdepth.com. That address is also where to send any question about this page.

This site counts page views with Cloudflare Web Analytics, so we can see which pages get read. It sets no cookies, does not fingerprint your browser, and does not follow you between visits or across other sites, so we never see who you are. The site does not use advertising pixels or tracking cookies, and it does not ask you to sign in.

Like any website, our hosting provider may keep standard server logs, such as your IP address, the page requested and the time, for security and to keep the site running. We do not use them to identify or profile visitors.

The sample voices play from audio files in your browser. The site never asks for your microphone and records nothing.

The background music is off until you turn it on. If you do, your browser remembers that choice on your device so the music can come back on your next visit. The choice is never sent to us.

When you press Send, the website sends us what you typed as an email: your name, your email address and your message, plus anything optional you filled in, which can be your business name, the kind of business, what you are looking for and your current website. The website adds nothing else to it.

The email is delivered by Resend, a third-party email delivery provider. Resend handles the message in order to deliver it to our inbox, and may keep its own record of it for a limited time under its own terms. This website itself keeps no copy: the form is not saved to a database or a file here.

If sending from the page does not work, the form writes the same email for you and opens it in your own email app instead. In that case nothing reaches our inbox unless you send that email yourself.

To stop abuse, the site keeps a count of recent requests per IP address, in memory only, covering about the last ten minutes. It is not written anywhere.

We use what you send only to reply to you and to talk about your project. We do not add you to a mailing list and we do not sell or share your details. To have your message deleted from our inbox, write to hello@kineticdepth.com and tell us which email address you used.

The assistant on the homepage is an AI. To answer you, the messages you type, along with the recent part of the conversation so the reply makes sense, are sent to Groq, our AI provider, which generates the reply. We do not store your conversation on this site: it lives in the page while it is open and is gone when you close or reload it.

Please do not type personal, medical or financial details into the chat. If you want to talk about something specific, write to us from the start page instead.

For a Kinetic Agent, calls to your business, their recordings and their summaries belong to you. We use them only to run and improve your agent. What is recorded, and what callers are told, is agreed with you before launch. There is more on this in how we use AI voices.

The details of how we handle your data are written into our agreement with you before any work starts.
